We work hard to get your order out quickly and carefully—so it arrives just the way you expect.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

During peak seasons or for custom products, processing may take a little longer. If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you right away.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping with estimated delivery times of 3–7 business days within the U.S. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International shipping is not yet offered and we recommend ordering off our Etsy shop in the meantime located here.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order’s journey to your door.

Shipping Issues or Delays

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@designmakeship.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if needed.
