How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply email us at info@designmakeship.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear.

Damaged or Defective Items
